Chikita Mann, MSN, RN, CCM

Chikita Mann, MSN, RN, CCM, is a telephonic case manager at Genex Services, where she is responsible for workers’ compensation and short- and long-term disability cases. Mann’s clinical background includes pediatric intensive care and cardiology, hematology and oncology and adolescent psychiatric care. She regularly speaks at national workers’ compensation conferences on topics focusing on patient concerns of diverse populations, case management protocols and certification matters. Mann has served as a commissioner of the Commission for Case Management Certification and is a member of The Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and Georgia Nurses Association.
