GM Canada is committed to building a network of collision facilities focused on the delivery of proper and safe automobile repairs. Becoming a Network member can give your shop a competitive advantage by providing access to integrated solutions and repair procedures designed to streamline workflows and help promote your business to GM vehicle owners.

Enrollment Eligibility

If you are a Canadian GM dealership, Multi-Site Operator (MSO) or independent repair facility that meets the Network’s established standards, you are eligible to join*.

Make sure your shop has everything needed to apply by reviewing the FAQs and General Requirements on the Mitchell website, which include a subscription to Mitchell Cloud Estimating and:

• Utilization of an approved diagnostic scan tool
• I-CAR Gold Class recognition
