Mike Milidonis

Mike Milidonis joined Genex in 1999 as an area sales manager in Michigan. During this time, he developed the Employer Services product lines. Mr. Milidonis was promoted to employer services consultant for the Midwest Region and then to ergonomics and employer services manager nationally. He develops and oversees national ergonomics, return-to-work, and physical demands analysis programs in the U.S. and Canada. He is responsible for the continuous education and training of all Genex ergonomic evaluators and has personally performed over 15,000 ergonomics and physical demand analyses for more than 700 employers.

Mr. Milidonis has been providing ergonomics and return-to-work services in the managed care industry since 1996.

Mr. Milidonis holds bachelor degrees in Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and Education from the University of Michigan and holds the professional designation of Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS).
