Lisa Armstrong, BSN, CRRN, RN-BC, CCM is a catastrophic case manager for Genex Services who utilizes her vast experience as an ICU and acute rehabilitation RN to help the most critically injured workers reach their highest functional potential and, in most cases, return to work. In a nursing career spanning two decades, Ms. Armstrong is certified in several specialty areas, including case management, rehabilitation certification, wound care and pain management

Ms. Armstrong earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Cedar Crest College, Allentown, PA. In 2017, she was recognized with the prestigious Heart of Case Management Award for case management excellence.
