Air Travel
We encourage you to book your air travel prior to registering for your hotel room to avoid having to make additional changes.
Out-of-town attendees are responsible for booking flights through Enlyte's Corporate Travel Provider, Traveltrust, which is available through Concur. Should you have any issues accessing Concur, please submit a miService ticket and route to Finance > Travel and Expense and someone will assist you.
For any travel-related matters and/or booking issues, please contact Traveltrust for investigation before acting outside of Enlyte’s travel policy and booking direct. Traveltrust’s contact details are listed via the Concur home page under the Company Notes tab and below for reference:

Hotel
Enlyte has a room block, at discounted rates, reserved for out-of-town attendees at the San Diego Marriott Del Mar and Doubletree by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar. All employees who require overnight accommodations will stay at one of these properties in order to meet the contracted rooms reserved. Individual reservations at other locations will not be reimbursed. Attendees can select their preferred hotel and requests will be accommodated as much as possible.

Arrival & Departure Times
All out-of-town attendees not within driving distance should plan to arrive by Monday evening, February 5, 2024, in order to be at the event for breakfast at 8:00 am on Tuesday. San Diego-based employees should drive to the meeting on Tuesday, February 6 to join the 8:00 am breakfast as well. Unless otherwise notified, employees should plan to depart after the end of the general session on Wednesday, February 7 at 10:00 am.
Prior to making airline reservations, please confirm that your manager does not have a team breakout meeting planned the afternoon of Wednesday, February 7.
Ground Transportation & Parking
Farmer & The Seahorse is located approximately 17 miles (25 minutes) from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If you need a taxi, follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Transportation Coordinator will place you with the first available taxi—unless you specify a particular cab company. Additionally, ride-sharing options including Lyft and Uber are available for airport pick-ups and drop-offs as well. Please look for signs outlining ride-share pick-up locations at each terminal.
Complimentary self-parking at the Farmer & The Seahorse is available. Daytime attendees who drive to the meeting should allow themselves additional time to ensure an on-time arrival for all sessions.
For out-of-town hotel guests staying at the San Diego Marriott Del Mar and the Doubletree by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar, transportation will be provided to and from the Farmer & The Seahorse daily at session start and end times. The hotels are located approximately 6 miles (12 minutes) from the conference venue. Plan to meet the provided shuttle outside the hotel lobby on the front drive.
Agenda & Sessions
The agenda includes insightful keynotes, informative customer sessions and engaging networking experiences. A more detailed version will be provided as we get closer to the event date. Also, please note that the CEO keynote and product roadmap sessions normally featured at Kickoff will be part of an All Hands meeting.

What's the dress code for the 2024 APD Kickoff?
The dress code for the APD Kickoff is smart business casual; collared shirts and dress pants for men, and collared shirts, skirts and/or dress pants for women. Formal attire is not recommended for the Awards Presentation and Dinner on Tuesday, February 6, as the agenda does not allow extra time to change.
What's the expected weather forecast for the 2024 APD Kickoff?
The weather in early February is cool to mild in San Diego. Expect the possibility of rain or light showers. High temperatures average mid 60s with nights in the upper 40s. Please remember to bring sweaters or jackets, as we may be outside for meal functions.
How do I communicate special dietary needs or concerns?
Enlyte will handle all meeting planning and hotel details, including sleeping rooms, dietary considerations, disabled-accessibility, etc. If you have any special requirements, please include them in the special requirements portion of the registration form or contact EnlyteEvents@enlyte.com.
We will support vegetarian and healthy food choices at all meals, and requests for dietary requirements as medically required. Please send an email to EnlyteEvents@enlyte.com and someone will be able to assist you within two business days.
Who is invited to attend?
The approved APD 2024 Kickoff invitee list includes members of Mitchell’s sales, service, operations, product management and marketing teams. If you did not receive an official invite and have a question as to whether you should attend, please contact your manager to confirm before registering.
Can I forward the registration site link to my newly hired colleague?
No. The new hire should contact his/her manager so the attendee list can be updated and a personalized invitation to register can be sent.
I registered & want to edit my information. Can I access my registration information?
Yes, you can. Go back into the registration site with your confirmation number and edit any personal information. All hotel changes need to be addressed by sending an email to EnlyteEvents@enlyte.com. Someone will assist you within two business days.
Travel & Accommodation FAQs
What are the travel logistics for remote employees?
For those arriving from out-of-town, your flights and transportation will be covered by your departmental T&E budget, and your hotel accommodations will be covered by the program for approved nights. Any extended stay will be at your own expense, and a credit card will still be required at check in for incidentals. You will be able to book your hotel room during the registration process, at which time your name will be added to the rooming list. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Mitchell legacy employees should utilize Traveltrust to book your flights and rental car if needed (your manager’s approval is required).
Can I stay at a different hotel?

Can I arrive early/stay late and stay for the conference rate?
Yes, the Enlyte negotiated rate of $209, plus tax, at the Doubletree by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar and $249, plus tax, at the San Diego Marriott Del Mar may be available for 3-days pre and post conference, based on availability. Any extended stay will be at your own expense.
If I need to make a change to my hotel reservation, who do I contact?
Please send an email to EnlyteEvents@enlyte.com and someone will be able to assist you with your hotel changes within two business days.
Once onsite where do I park?

Self-parking at both the San Diego Marriott Del Mar and the Doubletree by Hilton San Diego - Del Mar is $20/day.
Who should I contact if I cannot attend the meeting?
Please contact your manager AND EnlyteEvents@enlyte.com so we can take note of your absence and plan accordingly.
What are the rules regarding expensing meals and incidentals during the program(s)?
Enlyte will provide scheduled group meal functions for all attendees. All other incidentals will be the responsibility of the attendee or will require approval/justification on your expense reports. If you are unsure about which meal functions you have been approved to attend, please check with your manager prior to completing the registration process.
