Mitchell Improves Shop Workflow with New RepairCenter ToolStore Add-Ons

Latest updates offer better functionality and seamless parts processing with third party services in RepairCenter

SAN DIEGO, CA—August 16, 2013—Mitchell, a leading provider of technology, connectivity and information solutions to the Property & Casualty claims and Collision Repair industries, today announced the release of five new add-ons to the RepairCenter ToolStore. These add-ons bring extensive functionality from third party partners into Mitchell's RepairCenter platform. They will be joining a wide selection of other add-ons in the ToolStore catalogue, where all the add-ons can be browsed and added instantly.

"Shops will now have even more expanded and powerful capabilities at their fingertips with Mitchell's RepairCenter through their ToolStore add-ons. The third party services that shops use on a day-to-day basis will now be available to them all in one place, through easy-to-use add-ons in their RepairCenter,” said Brian Elmi, Senior Product Manager, Auto Physical Damage solutions. "With these new add-ons, shops will be able to do everything from shipping and ordering parts, to managing their parts inventory with third party services in their RepairCenter."

RepairCenter's ToolStore integrates partners from across the auto collision repair industry into a shop's workflow through powerful add-ons. The add-ons enable seamless flow of information between RepairCenter and third party partners, saving manual input and research time while eliminating the risk of data entry error. ToolStore add-ons will also reduce the number of accounts and websites shop must keep track of by enabling automatic access to all partners in one platform.
