Quick Tip: How to Access Hub in RepairCenter Mobile

Luckily, it doesn’t take a tech guru to start streamlining your shop thanks to our new and improved collision repair app. Below you’ll find your how-To Guide to help you get started with Hub in the RepairCenterTM Mobile app today. There are two ways to access Hub:

Simply click on the main menu icon in the top right corner of your screen.

 

OR

Click on the MyHub icon located at the top left of your screen.

So what is MyHub?

MyHub is your main Hub messaging feed where you can view all of your messages, conversations, updates to repair orders or opportunities you’ve subscribed to and your RepairCenter notes.

Access Hub for a specific Repair Order or Opportunity by selecting a job and clicking on the Hub icon located at the top right of the screen. All of the updates and conversations related to the job you’ve selected will show up here.

Note: Depending on your device preferences, the RepairCenter Mobile app may have already updated automatically. If it hasn’t, you can update it through the Apple App Store. If you don’t have the RepairCenter Mobile app, download it today by searching for RepairCenter in the Apple App Store.
