Hub Quick Tip: How-To Assign a Task to a Connection or Network

Tracking down employees to assign and manage tasks can be time consuming. With Hub, you can assign and manage tasks you’ve assigned connections. Using private messages is also a great way to assign tasks to one or more connections or networks.








How-To Assign a Task to a Connection or Network

Assign tasks related to a specific opportunity or repair order.

  1. Let’s say you want to assign tasks related to a specific repair order or opportunity. From the whiteboard, click the Hub icon for a specific job.

  3. Type your message, who you want to send it to, and hit send. Your connections can reply to your message directly from the job window or their main Hub feed.
