What does this mean for auto body and repair shops?

If you're an auto body repair shop owner or manager, what does the increase in mobile search queries and usage mean for you?

  • A mobile website is a basic requirement.
  • A shop's Google My Business page needs to be up to date, correct and complete.
  • Every shop needs a Facebook page – there are more than 1.2 BILLION mobile Facebook users
  • All auto body and repair shops should consider a mobile app for their business. A mobile app allows a shop to own real estate on the consumer's smart phone and makes it easy for the consumer to contact the shop, request appointments, and get directions and more.
