The "Auto Casualty Claims Management Technologies" session will be presented twice during the conference, which runs March 8–11.

Auto Casualty Claims Management Technologies
Technology is evolving at an ever-increasing pace. New technology is being used to solve everyday problems in our personal lives, and the same can be true in our professional lives as we look to improve the handling of auto casualty claims. In this session, we will look at how sophisticated and evolving technologies like artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, telemedicine, natural language processing and more can be applied to auto casualty claims management to help provide better efficiency, service and outcomes for the insurance carrier and the injured party. At the end of the session, attendees will be equipped to:

  • Identify recent technology innovations.
  • Explain how technology innovations can be applied to claims workflows.
  • Describe how technology can improve efficiency, service and outcomes for the carrier and the injured party.
