Mitchell's Case Management services are a critical component in the success of any return to work program. Our qualified nurse case managers act as patient advocates, and help protect the interests of all parties involved in a claim by coordinating the efforts of healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, the employer and the injured worker.

Telephonic Case Management

Telephonic nurse case managers connects with the injured worker and delivers education, care, and credible information while building trust. Our experienced and highly qualified nurse case managers help resolve medical issues and barriers that could impede the injured worker's recovery. Mitchell offers specialized telephonic case management programs focusing on early intervention, surgery concierge services and pharmacy intervention.

  • Early Intervention: When an injury occurs, telephonic nurse case managers provide an early opportunity to build trust. Our nurses are assigned within the first 30 days of injury to ensure the injured party is receiving the appropriate treatment plan and is taken care of early on in initial care.
  • Surgery Concierge: Our nurse case managers provide white glove services to the injured worker to ensure
 they receive personalize care, treatment and therapies before, during and after surgery.
  • Pharmacy Intervention: Our nurse case managers work directly with primary treating physicians and patients to establish weaning programs, set goals and provide additional clinical medical necessity. 

Field Case Management

Trust Mitchell to offer personalized intervention, face-to-face interaction and care to expedite proper diagnosis, treatment and full support and assistance to move treatment plans in malingering patients.

Catastrophic Case Management
