Bi-directional interface to ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer Management Systems reduces the need for duplicate entry and updates your customer database with the most current and accurate information

The Mitchell RepairCenter™ Dealer Management System interface offers seamless, bi-directional integration to your DMS—saving valuable time and reducing errors by eliminating the need for shop personnel to rekey vehicle, customer, and RO information within RepairCenter and your DMS.

This means that you enter the information once, and RO and vehicle information is automatically transferred from RepairCenter to either your ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS. Any updates to customer contact or payment information are then automatically transferred back to RepairCenter. This powerful integration helps you to not only save time and improve accuracy, but also helps provide accurate reports on revenues generated by the collision repair department, which are often times the most profitable jobs.
