Quick Tip: How to Use Tags and Filter Messages in RepairCenter Mobile

RepairCenterTM Hub now features a list of tags you can add to your posts to better organize your message feed and easily find a post later through the new filter option. Choose from tags like "Customer Contact", "Vehicle Complete", "Paint", "Labor" and many more to add a descriptive keyword to your message.

This update allows you to easily find the Hub post you’re looking for by filtering by tag using the search bar, which also features the auto-populate feature. For example, if you wanted to filter your stream to see only posts related to labor, you’d select "Tag" from the drop down menu and then type "Labor" into the search box. To clear the filter results and return to your main message feed, hit the "Clear" button at the top of the screen. Follow these three easy steps to start using tags today:

1. To add a tag to your post, click into the tag box located directly below the message box. Start typing the tag you want to add to your post. As you type, available tags related to what you’re typing will start auto-populating in a drop down box.

2. Click on the tag you want to use and it will show up in a gray box in the tag box.

3. To see which tags you or others have tagged to posts, click on the tag icon located in the bottom right corner of a post.
