Quick Tip: How to Get Job Activity Updates in RepairCenter Mobile

One of our favorite parts of Hub in RepairCenterTM Mobile is the fact that it allows for real time collaboration with everyone in your shop. Notes entered into the "Activity Notes" area of RepairCenter will now show up in your main Hub messaging feed as well as your job specific Hub feed. 

Now, you’ll have all of the details related to the jobs in your shop in one place without having to go back to RepairCenter to find the note you’re looking for. Here’s how to use notes:

1. Enter a note in the "Activity Notes" area of RepairCenter for a job. To get to the "Activity Notes" area, simply click on the "Activity" tab and then the "Notes" tab.

2. Go to the job specific Hub and notice the note you entered shows up in the feed. To see all of the notes you’ve entered from your main feed, subscribe to the job by hitting the subscribe icon.

3. Activity notes will appear in your feed in a gray box so you can differentiate Hub posts from RepairCenter notes.

Note: Messages genereated when updates are made to "Date Change" and "Status Change" will also show up in Hub,
