Quick Tip: How to Enable Push Notifications in RepairCenter Mobile

With push notifications in RepairCenterTM for mobile, you’re able to stay on top of important updates to a conversation or job. "Push notifications" make it possible to get updates to your mobile device, even when it’s locked. That means you don’t need to have the app open to know when something needs your attention.

In order to receive notifications from Hub to your mobile device, you’ll need to enable them by following these easy steps:

1. Go to "Settings" and scroll down to find the "RepairCenter" app

2. Click on "Notifications" and then click the "Allow Notifications" slider

3. Make sure the "Show on Lock Screen" option is selected. Now, whenever you receive a new notification in Hub when your device is locked, you’ll receive a push notification.
