Under the terms of the agreement, the company will use Mitchell's WorkCenter™ to power all of their physical damage claims processing needs. This includes assignment, appraisal, total loss, compliance, audit, desk review, and shop communications and repair status with both Direct Repair Network (DRN) Program and non-network participating shops.
