Mitchell International Promotes Scott Kozak to
Senior Vice President of Auto Physical Damage Insurance
Service and Sales

San Diego, CA—July 9, 2009—Mitchell International, Inc., a leading provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions to the Property & Casualty claims and Collision Repair industries, today announced the promotion of Scott Kozak to Senior Vice President of Auto Physical Damage Insurance Service and Sales. Mr. Kozak will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Mitchell's relationships with Insurance Auto Physical Damage clients.

In his 15 year career at Mitchell, Mr. Kozak has served in a variety of different service, sales, and management roles. His most recent role was Mitchell's Vice President of Strategic Insurance Sales. In that role he led a team responsible for sales to key insurance client relationships.
