Mitchell International Showcases MedNeutral's Latest Development:
The First Integrated Billing and Medical Records Review Solution

San Diego and La Jolla, CA—April 15, 2009—On March 9th-11th, Mitchell International, the property and casualty industry's leading provider of medical bill review solutions, hosted its 7th annual Industry Conference in Las Vegas, NV. At this year's invitation-only event, Mitchell International showcased MedNeutral, LLC and their new concept for a joint solution that will combine medical bill review and medical records review for the insurance industry. Within this new solution design, information from both medical bills and records can be easily accessed through an integrated solution, and leveraged to optimize injury claim outcomes and efficiency.

Speaking at the Conference, Dave Torrence, senior vice president and general manager of Mitchell International's auto casualty solutions division, said, "Our customers have been telling us for some time that the Mitchell suite of casualty solutions would be enhanced if adjusters had a way to know which claims warranted a review of medical records and had a way to take the critical data from the medical records to make the bill review process more effective and efficient. Our design for a joint Mitchell International-MedNeutral solution will do just that."

MedNeutral's Medical Records Optimization™(MRO) solution provides a structured process and platform for adjusters to store, assemble, analyze, and share electronic medical data. The searchable medical records abstract enables adjusters to identify and assess key value drivers such as missing records, causation, treatment progress or changes (e.g., diagnosis, treatment).
