With RepairCenter Production Management you can identify bottlenecks and smartly manage work-in-process, helping to maximize the number of jobs that can profitably be completed each day. Production Management also helps you to keep track of key dates for each and every repair order. The notes feature displays a notes log for each RO to help you keep track of why date changes may have occurred.

The vehicle location page provides visibility into where in the repair process the vehicle is, as well as its physical location and where it is headed to next. The Production Management module also provides a real-time measurement of capacity and profitability by department to provide you with a dashboard overview of shop performance and workflow.

Production Reports

RepairCenter’s robust reporting tool allows you to track and share the production schedule with your entire shop and print work orders for your technicians. Additional reports allow you to sort by “due out” date over a customizable range to provide a clear picture of which jobs in your shop have first priority for on-time delivery.
