Get Paid For The Work You Do!

Taking a repair from estimate to delivery is great, but the job isn't finished until you've received payments for a job well done. RepairCenter's Payments module gives you the ability to track both customer pay and insurance pay amounts for each RO. You can see the payment responsibilities agreed upon in the estimate, track the amount and date payments were received, and view the amount still owed by each party. To ensure nothing is overlooked, the Job Overview page displays a "Balance Due" indicator until all payments have been received.

Secure And Traceable Payments And Warranty History

In addition to tracking payments in real time, RepairCenter stores the payments information in a secure, hosted environment. If at any time the insurance carrier or customer comes back with questions regarding payments or warranty responsibilities, you’ve got it all documented within your RepairCenter workspace.
