RepairCenter Opportunity Management allows you to track and manage your shop’s sales opportunities before the estimate is even written. Easily document your potential customer’s contact information and then drill into the opportunity to save key administrative information, assign an estimator, or schedule an appointment.

Opportunity Management supports scheduling appointments for estimates and for tracking walk-ins. Log notes associated with the opportunity, track marketing information for the source of the opportunity, and capture additional supporting documents such as tow bills and vehicle photos. Automatically transfer opportunity information into your estimating system to avoid re—keying.

The Opportunity Management module also allows you to view estimate repair lines and totals before converting them to an RO. You can use this information to accurately describe the repair to the customer to help close the sale. The notes functionality helps to keep track of and provide visibility to previous conversations with the customer.

Opportunity Management even creates a call back report so that you have a comprehensive list of potential customers and the associated potential sales amount so that your staff can easily follow-up and close more business.
